Become a Relationship Guru at home and at work

Dear Healthcare Professional:

I did an impromptu podcast episode on IG this week, where I shared some ways to navigate difficult work relationships, as well as partner relationships so you can become your own relationship guru, and:

  • Stand confidently at work, and rise above what used to trigger you

  • Shift from feeling stuck to empowered when it comes to relationships

  • Connect more deeply with your loved ones in fun, playful ways

In the podcast episode I share with you two wisdom teachings from the yogic sciences about how to elevate the way you relay with another human being (coworker, friend, partner, child).

The first is about what to do when someone triggers you (and what's going on for them).

The second is how to deepen your connection (to anyone!) and how to enhance more of what you want in your partner / coworker / client.

If you want to positively influence your patients to the highest degree, and the system you work in, navigating relationships at a higher level is key.

You've already got amazing relationships skills, I can bet!

Otherwise you wouldn't likely be in your profession.

However, even for the most emotionally intelligent person, relationship can still be tricky at times, because, after all, you're human :)

The old patterns we all have… avoidance, anger, blame, pleasing, etc. need to say bye-bye for us to move forward as a species, and guess what?

You are the leader of this movement because you're a caring, dedicated, rebel healer.

It's a win-win when you step into your power even more when it comes to relationships, both at work and at home.

You feel good, they feel better… you have more energy, they have more energy… and more creativity can take place in a shorter amount of time.

This is why when relationships are easy-breezy for you, you have more capacity to fulfill your destiny as a helper, healer and change-maker.

Wouldn't it feel great to know that no one can throw you off anymore because you're so solid about how to deal with conflict?

You deserve to feel safe, calm, and in self-leadership when you're dealing with others, whether they be your coworker, your boss, your client, or your beloved.
