What is Kundalini Yoga?

 

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful, fast-acting system for increasing energy, clarity, and consciousness.

 

What does it entail?

 

It involves breath-rich, mantra-powered, yoga postures & meditations that raise & awaken energy stored in your body. Within a few minutes of practicing you can experience more of your vitality, resilience, calm, and you-ness.

 

How would it help me be a better therapist or healer?

 

The amount to which you can raise the frequency & vibration within the therapy room is directly related to how deep your practice is.


When you do simple, quick yoga techniques, you can raise your own vibration exponentially (sometimes it only takes 3 minutes!)

 

Finally, your connection to your intuition will strengthen significantly, which helps you maneuver more accurately in session, and therefore helps your client have profound transformations more quickly.

 

What should I expect in this 11 week experience?

 

Come as you are - pajamas are fine!


We will meet on zoom for 9 of the 11 weeks, every Tuesday at 12 noon EST (two weeks will have recorded videos for you to do on your own time). 
 

Starting January 30, 2024 - NEXT WEEK!


You'll have access to the replays if you cannot join live.

We'll learn a practical concept that you can integrate into your own life, and into our work with clients.  Then we'll do about 45 minutes of yoga (you can do it on a mat, or on a chair, depending on your set-up).

All levels are welcome!
