Through personalized treatment, I guide you on a journey to release blocking beliefs, painful memories, or uncomfortable body sensations, and promote a state of mental and emotional well-being. This approach has been widely recognized for its effectiveness, particularly in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and chronic pain, offering a path to recovery that is both efficient and deeply healing.

I use an accelerated model of treatment:
10 sessions, 90 minutes each, 1x week for 10 weeks or less (called an Intensive Therapy Model)

Benefits of an Intensive Therapy Model:


Time Efficient - Unlike traditional talk therapy that takes months or years, intensives take between 5-10 weeks. Typically, sessions are 1 or 2 times per week, and 90 minutes in length. The number of days needed is based on your specific needs and individualized treatment plan.

Cost Effective - Intensives are concentrated and efficient. In the long run, you will require less therapy time because we address the memory once and focus the rest of our time together on processing and healing.

No Indefinite Weekly Appointments - The traditional weekly talk therapy model is not a fit for everyone. The longer sessions allow for prolonged periods of engagement and uninterrupted momentum for processing the traumatic memory and reducing symptom intensity in a shorter amount of time.

How It Works

Step 1 - Free No-Pressure Consult

Intended for introductory consultation purposes, this complimentary appointment provides you with the opportunity to share your mental & emotional health concerns and learn more about how EMDR therapy can support you in addressing your concerns and achieving your goals.

All work is virtual for clients inside Ontario, Canada.

Step 2 - Initial Session

Your Initial appointment lasts between 60-90 minutes and is required for all new clients. During this visit, a comprehensive mental & emotional & spiritual health assessment is completed while going over your primary concerns and goals. Your initial appointment can be conveniently booked online at the link below.

Step 4 - Personalized Intensive EMDR Therapy Container (6 - 10 Sessions)

Inside your EMDR therapy container we will work together to process and reduce distressing material (in your mind, body and relationships) to help you reach your day-to-day goals around health, relationships, and wellbeing. As you gain a more calm body and quiet mind, you’ll be able to use EMDR to craft your life in a way that feels aligned with your higher self. You’ll feel more ‘whole’, capable, creative and connected to who you truly are.

Step 3 - Tailored Treatment Plan

At the end of your initial appointment, your EMDR therapist crafts a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. You will leave your first visit with a comprehensive plan and (typically) 6 - 10 intensive EMDR therapy sessions scheduled.
