Step 1 - open this page on your phone, then take a screen shot of the meditation tracker image (below)

Step 2 - save to photos

Step 3 - each day you meditate, use “mark-up” on your phone to edit the image and check off the circle

Step 4 - then “save new image”

Step 5 - enjoy the benefits of training your mind to serve your soul, not the other way around

TIP - meditate for 40 days total to change your life - miss a day, return to day 1, don’t give it any energy… just keep going… you can do it!
