Yogi tea for your soul

A delicious, healthy tea to boost your energy, digestion, and immunity.

10oz water (1.5 cups)
3 cloves
4 green cardamon pods
4 whole black peppers
1/2 stick cinnamon
1 slice ginger root
1/4 tsp or 1 tea bag black tea
1/2 cup milk of your choice

Directions:

Boil spices for 10-15 minutes. Add black tea and steep for 2 minutes. Add milk, warm liquid again, remove from heat, add honey to taste.
