Why a “full” schedule Doesn’t guarantee A profitable Therapy Practice

Dear Therapist,

You may have discovered that a full therapy practice doesn't necessarily equate to a full bank account.

It also doesn't equate to a full tank of energy by the end of the day, either.

This is likely because you're working in your zone of competence, rather than your zone of genius.

Firstly, when you work in your zone of genius, your work gives you energy, rather than depleting you.

Secondly, when you work in your zone of genius, you have better client-outcomes and make a bigger impact in the world.

Thirdly, your confidence as a healer soars higher than it's ever been before, which puts you in a flow state in your business.

When you're in this state, it's much easier to make decisions for your business that set a foundation for growth, such as pricing, who you are marketing to, and what services you want to offer and in what structure.

There are other benefits too, like avoiding burn-out, feeling healthier, having the energy to give more of yourself to your family at the end of the day, and the confidence to say no to clients who are not the best fit for your gifts, and helping them find the right resources for them.

Makes sense, right?

Once you drop the idea that just because you're qualified to work with a client, you should work with them, you open up space to give yourself permission to focus your time and energy on the type of work that lights you up!

Your clients get the best of you when you allow yourself to do what comes naturally to you, and brings you joy.

I know it seems too good to be true, but it's actually quite logical…

…you'll discover that easy leads to creativity, which leads to more energy to serve your clients and change their lives, which leads to profit for them, and profit for you (a win-win!)

You need to be in a win-win flow state for your therapy practice to be sustainable, long-term :)
