How It Works
Step 1 - Free No-Pressure Consult
Intended for introductory consultation purposes, this complimentary appointment provides you with the opportunity to share your mental & emotional health concerns and learn more about how EMDR therapy can support you in addressing your concerns and achieving your goals.
All work is virtual for clients inside Ontario, Canada.
Step 2 - Initial Session
Your Initial appointment lasts between 60-90 minutes and is required for all new clients. During this visit, a comprehensive mental & emotional & spiritual health assessment is completed while going over your primary concerns and goals. Your initial appointment can be conveniently booked online at the link below.
Step 4 - Personalized Intensive EMDR Therapy Container (6 - 10 Sessions)
Inside your EMDR therapy container we will work together to process and reduce distressing material (in your mind, body and relationships) to help you reach your day-to-day goals around health, relationships, and wellbeing. As you gain a more calm body and quiet mind, you’ll be able to use EMDR to craft your life in a way that feels aligned with your higher self. You’ll feel more ‘whole’, capable, creative and connected to who you truly are.
Step 3 - Tailored Treatment Plan
At the end of your initial appointment, your EMDR therapist crafts a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. You will leave your first visit with a comprehensive plan and (typically) 6 - 10 intensive EMDR therapy sessions scheduled.
