Family gatherings are exhausting - even though you want to participate in social gatherings, it’s just there’s so many, and certain people really trigger you.
Yoga & Hot Chocolate is a space for the helpers & healers who give so much of themselves to their clients, families and communities that want a sacred space to go inward, connect to your spirit, and feel the joy of the season through yoga and meditation.
I believe there is a way to make this season feel nourishing, calm, and peaceful when you give yourself the opportunity to consciously relate to your own energy. From there, it’s easier to get into the spirit of giving, and connecting to your inner Christ consciousness (unity consciousness). Yoga helps create health & wellbeing inside the system of you, making the day-to-day feel easier, and more graceful.
